Professional  Installation Mechanical Installation Install it yourself Installation Component level control assembly

Professional installation is available from Machines in Motion Inc. We provide you with a complete turnkey control and installation. We handle the custom PLC programming and mechanical details involved with coupling your new servo motors to your existing ball screws. Choose this option when reliability, short turn around, and operator training are high on your list of priorities. Full 12 month warranty. Lifetime technical support is included.

Mechanical installation. The customer handles the time consuming task of mounting and coupling the servo motors, attaching the electrical enclosure, and the console mounting arm. Then, Machines in Motion follows up with wiring the limit switches, spindle, autolube . . .  This program reduces our time on-site by 1 to 2 days over our professional installation. Once completed, we will provide your operator with control use training. You will save at least $1,000 and often more. Full 12 month warranty. Lifetime technical support is included.

Install it yourself. Centroid CNC controls are complete and running as they leave the factory. Mount the motors, electrical enclosure, console arm and wire up any machine devices. During your installation Machines in Motion is just a phone call away. Once you have completed the installation we will walk you through the commissioning of your control and customizing of the control's parameters to fit your machine's specific needs. This has worked well on simple machine tools without ATC. Your time to completion may be somewhat longer than our professional installation.You will save at least $2,495.00. Component level control assembly. For those who possess a high degree of knowledge regarding CNC motion control, Machines in Motion can supply you with the individual control components and software to assemble your own CNC control. Up to 8 axis of controlled motion, analog output, and up to 768 of digital I.O. Even informational documents about modifying your own special PLC routines is included. Of course the relatively small cost referenced above does not include drives, motors, safety devices or other parts that may be required to complete your specific installation.
