M-15 FEATURES
Easy To Program
With built-in Graphical G-code Editing (GGE), create pockets, bolt holes, frames, lines,
and arcs quickly; there's no need to master G-codes or hassle with off-line programs.

Easy To Use
Avoid the constant struggle with "Special" hard keys and confusing screens. The M-15
is straightforward with icons and soft keys relevant to each screen.

Reliability
The M-15 is immune to noise generated by poor electrical grounds, welding
equipment, and noisy machines. Thanks to optical isolation and quality engineering,
Centroid continues to set standards for the CNC industry.

Smooth Operation
Unlike other controls, the M-15 cuts with ultra-fine resolution, making it perfect for
complex contour surfacing and engraving. And with standard 640K File Size (Unlimited
File Size optional) and 600 block-per-second process speed, you'll never have to
dripfeed or fight with large program files again.

Support and Service
Solutions to all of your technical questions are just a phone call away. Our support
continues even after your purchase of any Centroid control.

Price
Dollar-for-dollar, the M-15 has more features than any other CNC control in its class.
Centroid can't be beat.

Advanced 3 Axis Control
For mold, die and pattern shops, the M-15 control provides virtually unlimited part
program storage and the ability to process even the most complicated 3D part at up to 600 G-code blocks per second. Program a finer step over in any CAD/CAM system and reduce the time it takes to hand finish the part.

No Dripfeed Required
M-Series controls can run multi-megabyte G-code programs directly from system
memory without the need to dripfeed from another computer.

Multiple Language display
The on screen language can be changed from English to Spanish or French with a simple control code.

Short Run and Prototype Parts
For job and production shops, the M-Series controls provide faster part and tooling
setup, easier programming of parts, and easy loading of jobs programmed off-line. Floppy disk, RS-232, and Network file transfers are all possible.

Graphical G-code Editing (GGE)
Simple graphical format makes the M-15 control as easy to program as any 2 axis
control with the added benefit of an automatic Z axis. This is an extremely efficient programing method. Very easy to learn. Of course you can always post out from your cad/cam system.

Canned Cycles
The operator is prompted to enter dimensions step-by-step from the part blueprint.
Each operation is called a "Canned Cycle", eliminating the need to use cumbersome
G-codes. Pockets, frames, bolt hole patterns, drilling cycles, and face mills are all
included.

3D Graphics
Make checking your tollbooth a snap. View your part from any angle; zoom in/out, pan,
or step through each part event to ensure correct tool paths before you cut a single
part. Change from 3 to 2 dimensions to check your part with your blueprint.

Canned Routines
Copy, rotate, and mirror all or just a section of your part. Cut multiple parts in multiple
fixtures. Make left or right hand parts. Canned routines can be "nested" up to 10
levels.

Advanced Graphical Math Help
Find unknown intersections and tangent points by picking the scenario from the Math
Help icon screen. Fill in the known information from the blueprint. The program gives
you every possible solution which you can paste into the current line or arc event.

Teach Mode
Use a pointer or tool to manually "map" out an existing part. Complex contours
containing both lines and arcs can be programmed quickly. You can even digitize
logos and artwork.

Digitizing & Probing
Are available options on this control.

Multiple Work Coordinate Systems
Choose from 6 different coordinate systems to create a multiple fixture machine; or
use WCS to mill the same part in different locations.

Applications
Centroid CNC controls fit a wide variety of applications. Revitalizing old NC/CNC
machines with a new M-15 is a profitable alternative that many shops are choosing.
Centroid makes it easy; all controls come wired and labeled ready to bolt on.
